  • Annual Christmas Tea: (CANCELED DUE TO THE COVID RESTRICTIONS) -This is normally an annual event held on the first Saturday in December from 2:00-4:00 PM.  The table hostesses decorate their table, so each one is different.  A traditional English tea type menu is served.  There's an inspirational program to kick-off the Christmas season. However, due to COVID-19, the Christmas Tea was not able to take place, but the women of CHCC were invited to a Christmas Tea Drive-By in the church parking lot Saturday, December 5th where they received a Christmas gift bag full of goodies. Some of the bags included gift cards from local businesses. A great BIG THANK YOU to Pam Pierson, Joy Danzer, and Nancy Duffy and the many other women who helped set up this COVID safe Christmas event for the Women's Ministry!!

  • WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY: Fridays at 9:30am in the Chapel. The current Women's Bible Study that started on November 20, 2020 is "The Names of God: His Character" revealed by Melissa Spoelstra. Today's culture and others' views, even those of other Christians, can present a distorted view of God. Some suggest God exudes qualities He does not possess such as being unloving or apathetic toward his creation. In a world where we find people creating God in their own image, studying God's names can remind us that we are created in His. In fact, one of the best ways to know God's true character and grow closer to Him is to study His names. If you would like to join us please contact Kathy Spencer at 360.269.0673 or spencer_kathy@hotmail.com. Cost of the book plus shipping is $12.50. We meet in the small chapel and are distancing with masks. This study is a 6 chapter book, but may take longer than 6 weeks due to the volume of the information included. We also will take breaks for the holidays and weather related issues.
