George and Pamela Beers come with over 29 years of pastoral and leadership experience as church-planters and pastors of established congregations in both New York and Washington. With firsthand knowledge of the pressures faced by congregations experiencing transition, they desire to come alongside Cooks Hill Community Church to refresh, inspire, strengthen and encourage. George and Pamela currently serve as part-time pastoral counselors with Ministry Resources International. They frequently consult with pastors and congregational leaders through their ministry Inspire Possibilities.

George is currently pursuing an MA at Gonzaga University in Communication and Leadership, specializing in Strategic and Organizational Communication. Pam’s interest in spiritual formation led her to earn a masters’ in ministry from Portland Seminary, specializing in Spiritual Direction. She brings this passion for intimacy with God to pastoral care.
